1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Days Out Andalucia. By booking any trip or experience with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all day trips, excursions, and premium experiences operated by Days Out Andalucia on the Costa del Sol.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 How to Book
Bookings are made via WhatsApp or through our website. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank transfer (preferred — no surcharge)
• Card payment via SumUp
• Cash on the day (where applicable — see section 2.3)
2.3 Payment Timing by Trip Type
Payment terms vary depending on the experience:
• Standard day trips: payment accepted on the day of departure, or in advance
• Bodega & premium experiences (€80–€100/person): full payment required at least 7 days before departure
• Caminito del Rey: full payment required in advance — see section 4 for details
• Morocco: full payment required in advance — see section 4 for details
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Standard Day Trips
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund minus 5% to cover bank transfer fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
3.2 Bodega & Premium Experiences
Due to advance commitments with our venue and supplier partners, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund minus 5% to cover bank transfer fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
3.3 Caminito del Rey
Bookings for Caminito del Rey are non-refundable. Entry permits are purchased in your name and cannot be transferred or refunded once issued.
3.4 Morocco
Due to the nature of cross-border travel arrangements:
- - Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure: full refund minus 5% to cover bank transfer fees
- - Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non refundable
3.5 Cancellation by Days Out Andalucia
If we are required to cancel a trip for any reason (including insufficient numbers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control), all passengers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
A minimum number of passengers is generally required for a trip to proceed. If this threshold is not met, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Transport & Service Disruptions
We use professional, licensed coach operators for all our trips. In the event of disruptions to transport (such as traffic delays, mechanical issues, or road conditions), where the trip or activity itself still proceeds, refunds will not be issued.
We ask for your patience and understanding in these situations. If you choose not to travel under these circumstances, this is considered your own decision and does not entitle you to a refund. We will always do our best to minimise disruption and find alternatives where possible.
5. Your Host
Days Out Andalucia trips are personally accompanied by your host. You will be informed in advance of any exception and will always be in safe hands.
6. Pickup Locations & Punctuality
Pickup points operate on the public road at scheduled times. Passengers must be present at the correct pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Days Out Andalucia cannot be held responsible for passengers who miss their pickup. The coach will depart at the scheduled time.
Pickup is on the right-hand side of the road (direction of travel). Return drop-offs are on the left, to avoid retracing the route and keep return journeys efficient.
7. Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, the driver, and any hosts or guides. Disruptive behaviour may result in a passenger being asked to leave the trip without refund.
8. Insurance & Liability
Days Out Andalucia carries public liability insurance for all trips. However, passengers are strongly encouraged to hold their own personal travel and health insurance.
For hikes and active excursions, mountain/hiking insurance is recommended. For Morocco, full travel insurance is required.
All activities are joined at the passenger's own risk. Days Out Andalucia accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate and for bringing any required medication, mobility aids, or personal equipment.
9. Photography & Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during trips for use on our website, Facebook page, and promotional materials. If you would prefer not to appear in any published media, please let us know before the trip.
10. International Travel (Morocco)
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents, including a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Days Out Andalucia cannot advise on visa or entry requirements and accepts no liability for passengers denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.
11. Data Protection & GDPR
Days Out Andalucia is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
• Name, phone number, and email address for booking management and communications
• Payment information, processed securely through our payment providers — we do not store card details
• Photos and videos taken during trips (see section 9)
How we use it
Your data is used only to manage your bookings, send trip updates, and communicate relevant offers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent for communications at any time. Contact us at

By providing your WhatsApp number, you agree that we may contact you regarding your bookings, trip updates, and relevant announcements. You may opt out at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
