A fun day out to Zahara de los Atunes, a laid-back Atlantic fishing village famous for wild bluefin tuna and its beach atmosphere.
Each year, Zahara hosts the Ruta del Atún — a gastronomic event where local restaurants create their most original tuna tapas. It’s the perfect way to taste different flavours, walk around the village, and enjoy the festival vibe at your own pace.
✨ How it works
-
Pick up the official tapas trail guide/map in town (town hall or participating venues)
-
Choose the tapas that catch your eye
-
Pay per tapa (and optionally a drink) — prices are confirmed by the organisers closer to the date
-
Enjoy the route at your own pace (no pressure, no fixed itinerary once we arrive)
